Why are all sales final?
If we didn’t adhere to that policy, the exchanges would be endless. Please make your selections carefully; is this the correct pin count, lead pitch, sex, voltage, etc.
No returns ever?
We will gladly make-it-right if an item is defective (must be reported within 30 days of receipt and is subject to approval by management), or we made an error (discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt).
Why can't Anchor order what I need?
Our limited resources prevent us from handling special orders.
Why not ship internationally?
At this time it is not cost effective.
Do you offer payment terms?
To keep our costs down we can only accept credit card payment.
