a common leaded solder in a 63/37 alloy… this item has a rosin flux that is refined to remove heavy solids, the flux is milder with less residue than the RA flux. they say maybe we don’t have to clean it so let’s call it “No-Clean.” this is nice for boards with smaller parts and thinner traces so a milder flux is fine for less metal… but not so fast you should still clean it, less residue yes but still enough to act on a smaller finer pitch board…try cleaning with strong alcohol first… so many choices? stop in the store…
